These videos are DEMOS ...
Of the concept.
Not demos of glorious finished film making.
The purpose of these pieces is as an initial video storyboard.
Think of them as a treatment with moving pictures.
They would be the equivalent of a "rough" in press and print.
These are not finalised commercials - they are first in-house presentation,
back to the Brainstorming Team after briefing.
Thus the use of stock footage and photoshopped stills.

Freelancer - customer facing brand commercial
I had opportunity to get in front of the Freelancer Group and came up with a series of branding ideas while thinking about the product. It occurred to me that the salient part of the brand name was the "free" portion - not that the services are free, but that Freelancer.com give both consumers and clients the opportunity to break free from the standard way of doing. Clients on the website can ply their trade without working for a corporation. Customers can source professionals without dealing with a corporation. This first one is aimed at attracting customers to source their project freelancers from the website. |

Freelancer - 1st client facing brand commercial
This is the first in a series of three branding commercials designed to attract the maverick Gen Y and Gen Z, to leave the corporate world and join the freedom loving Freelancer.com community. This is a much more aggressive approach. Each of the three commercials in this series have similar element to create unity within the campaign. |

Freelancer - 2nd client facing brand commercial
This is the second in the same series. 15 seconds as a reminder of the freedom inherent in leaving corporate life in favour of Freelancer.com |
|
Freelancer - 3rd client facing brand commercial
This is the third in the series. Again, a 15 seconder as a reinforcement to leave behind corporate employment in favour of Freelancer.com |
